Had a child cut their knee playing basketball and required stitches. Got right in, staff was super friendly and helpful. Got him stitched up and on his way!!  Love this place!

Excellent experience. Fell and broke two fingers. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will return there when needed. I will also keep in mind that they also have The option of primary physician. Such a wonderful thing for Bellville.

I was feeling really bad congested and turned out it was a virus and when I went to urgent Care from the moment I walked in it was very pleasant the young ladies behind the desk took very good care of me they we’re very personable and pleasant, explained everything thoroughly to me, and then when I was called into the exam room the young lady in there also was very courteous very informative and I didn’t have to sit there waiting on the doctor to come in like 40 minutes what I usually wait when I go see my regular doctor. I was in and out of there quicker than I expected. They called in my prescriptions and they were ready to be picked up at the pharmacy right after I left the clinic. I will definitely use urgent care in Bellville again if needed.Thank you so much! You are awesome!! 👍recommend this clinic.

Check-in ladies are very kind and helpful. Quick yet thorough service provided by the doctor so that I didn’t have to miss time at work.

Thankful for this office being open on Sunday and ability to have X-rays. Dr. Zhang was wonderful and staff very professional and kind. Only drawback was the bathroom needed toilet paper and soap.

Friendly and welcoming staff and the doctor did great with my toddler. I was impressed! We went in the morning and there was no wait time. They promptly saw us and we were done a lil over an hour. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think the floors could have been more clean, the trash taken out the night before. We did visit the bathroom and it was clean.

I came in to get a shot for a bad tooth infection. I gave them the script and they started the process,even filling out the paperwork for me! The doctor checked me over and then I got the shot,which I didn’t even feel. After waiting a few minutes to be sure I wouldn’t have any adverse reactions I was ready to go home. I felt that it was a quick and easy process.

I had an urgent emergency that was dealt with professionally and courteously. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The doctor was well-informed and thoughtful. I will use them again in the future if needed.

Great PA’s, very knowledgeable and great listeners. All my Dr’s are in Katy and Houston but for non emergency issues, I will gladly visit this clinic again!

I went in to ck on blood testing. The nurse saw that I was out of breath & just overall not feeling well. I was offered xrays and found I had pneumonia. Excellent care & they kept me there until I was better & meds were ready.

The Doctors, Nurses, and staff, were compassionate and saw me as quickly as possible. They also put up with my less than desirable demeaner with a smile. I would go here for care again. They do utilize technology for gathering necessary information as part of the check-in process. Accepting this and just getting it filled out made the process easier.

They were great. A reminder, please don’t spray lysol while patients are there. It triggers asthma.

Opened on time, front deck nurses were efficient and courteous. Attending doctor was prompt, insightful, patient and to listen to the issue and providing medication to my pharmacy. Thank you all.

Both young lady NPs were very pleasant, spent some time to quiz me on all my symptoms and gave me appropriate medication. Both treated me very effectively. They told me exactly the drinks to buy to avoid dehydration and had me drink a glass of water before I left.

Friendly staff had a small issue but it was all corrected and honestly it had to do with insurance related things. The ladies are all amazing. The service was great and all in all was a good urgent care visit. The general manager who reached out and discussed things. Thank you! You are amazing.Always come here. They have amazing staff and they really make it feel like a small town doctor .

I’ve had to visit this clinic twice this year due to being super sick both times. I appreciate that they don’t hesitate to prescribe multiple medications and even administer a steroid shot if necessary. Overall, I really appreciate the care I receive here and hope that I won’t have to come back anytime soon, but if I do, I know that I’ll be in good hands.

Very thorough, the Dr took x-rays of my ankle first set said no fracture. But the Dr wasn’t convinced so she did them again in a different position, being I couldn’t put any pressure and wasn’t able to walk. Had a pretty good wait on last results so she said she call me as soon as she got them. It took me a while to get in my vehicle then I seen the Dr appear at my van and talked me through the result in which there was a fracture brought my referral papers and everything to my vehicle so that I didn’t have to struggle to get back out and in the building she was great. I’ve never seen a Dr come outside a building to find you.

Fast and easy. Very nice and helpful people. Although seeing all the Beautiful women working there wasn’t help my blood pressure… I wasn’t complaining. Lol

So happy we found this clinic! We were visiting my parents from Louisiana and my daughter woke up with an extreme earache. We had little wait and the staff is extremely kind and helpful! We were able to get in and out and get meds before our drive home the next day!

I am so happy, that I left near by clinic and ended up here. Everyone was so nice and took the time to ask a couple of questions and then was kind enough to explain that even the ER would not give me stitches. The Doctor showed me how to care for my wound and made me feel much better about the whole incident. The Prior place ( wont mention there name but very popular), the nurse yelled for everyone to get out of line and sit down. Then had to ask the people she was helping who was behind them. Then I was called and the lady was rude said is that a dog bite? Then shooed me away said we can’t help you. So happy I left and ended up at BELLVILE Urgent Care!Thank you!

We have been here more than once. The best urgent care I have ever been in. The staff is exceptional and obviously know what they are doing. My 4yo feels comfortable here, and nurse Sarah is so kind and compassionate, just the most wonderful nurse. Stephanie is great and Dr. Zhang was really good with my kid. Overall, totally recommend this place if you need an urgent care staffed by amazing people.

The girls at the front desk were so very helpful. I didn’t have my insurance card only a picture of a temporary one that was posted at my place of employment and the girls in the front office at the urgent Care facility got my visit approved with my insurance. The doctor was super sweet and comforting. I had the flu type A and they knew exactly what to do to get me on the road to recovery I appreciate their compassion and professionalism.

You will be waiting in line anywhere you go for medical needs these days – but at least here everyone keeps you updated and is so, so kind! They worked as fast as they could for sure. I think we waited about 15 minutes to be taken to the back which in my opinion (for walking in without an appointment) isn’t bad at all. The staff and doctor/NP were very nice and knowledgeable. Once we figured out the issue/sickness we were out of there in no time. I highly recommend!

I visited on July 4th. The front clerk is AWESOME!! The phone was ringing & ringing. She had a walk in with a cut finger, kept her patience and was very kind! Someone called in & I could tell they were being difficult but she kept calm and went over & beyond to help them on the phone. There was trouble confirming my child’s insurance coverage but she was very understanding and patient. She’s a ⭐️!!

Wow! The staff is incredible. I’ve never been more impressed with an urgent care nor other medical offices as I was here. They superceded in all ways. The doctor was great too. She took the time to explain my concerns in a personal way. If you have to drive, it is worth it!

Caring staff helped me solve what was going on. Did not take as long as other places would. X-ray also was in the urgent care which was nice because got all my tests I needed done there!

Bellville is a great community in many ways. A new reason is Bellville Urgent Care. I believe you can tell a great deal about a business in the first two minutes after you arrive. From the moment I arrived I knew I was dealing with caring professionals. Next the young lady who serves as the medical assistant performed her responsibilities with a pleasing attitude. The provider was impressive in the way she listened and the questions, comments, and in what she prescribed. Bellville Urgent Care has made an investment in our community. Therefore we should strive to promote them and utilize their services as needed.

I’m from out of town in the process of relocating to this area. My primary physician is still located in Kentucky . My insurance did not cover this facility . Through the whole process they were up front and honest with me on cost. This was a reoccurring ailment which they listened to the history causing me to feel as they cared and did not dismiss me. These are the friendliest and caring people I have dealt with in a very long time. I would highly recommend this Care Clinic.

This was my first time visiting the clinic. My son came down with an ear infection on a Saturday night and I’m so happy they were open. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was patient with my son and took the time to allow him to hear my heartbeat and even offered to take a picture of that moment. It was a Sunday morning and they looked to be understaffed so the wait was just a tad bit longer than expected, but it was much better than going another sleepless night to try to get into our doctor the next day. We caught the infection early and he was almost 100% himself the next day. Great experience!

I have never been treated so greatly in a medical office before! The front desk employee was AMAZING. smiled with every request and was very outgoing and friendly. The doctor was no different very professional and experienced. Service was better than I could of expected! I will recommend this urgent care to EVERYONE in bellville!
